Canete worked previously for other trading service providers. Before Swissquote in 2013, he worked briefly worked for Saxo Bank at the firm’s client trading services team, providing market analysis for Spanish media and trading support for institutional partners. During his time at Saxo Bank, he provided dealer services in CFDs as well forex, futures trading, exchange traded funds, and stock markets.
Cantete worked as a Sales Executive and Market analyst at CMC Markets between November 2011 and November 2012. Cantete also spent almost two years as the Head of Trading Desk at Hanseatic Brokerhouse Financial Services GmbH.
ATFX appointed industry expert Chris James to the position of Head Liquidity in early March.
