James Donovan is the Global Head of Prefer Broker for Saxo UK


In his new role, Donovan will be focused on driving Saxo’s Preferred Broker programme to reach its potential in response to the high level of demand, according to the company.

Partner clients can enroll their employees on the platform through the Preferred Broker program. Trades are reported to the organisation’s compliance department directly, which ensures that dealing activity of employees is correctly monitored.

Donovan comes to Saxo UK from Cantor Scott in London. He was previously a member of the Global Sales Trading Team for Europe and Asia. He started his career with Merrill Lynch. He has also worked over a decade in London at UBS and Hong Kong at Citibank.
