Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL) terminated its partnership with AI giant in 2013, after the new Mac Pro was introduced to the market. Allegedly, the redesign featured a unique cylindrical form factor to which Nvidia’s GPUs were unsuitable. Following this, Apple terminated the contract and opted for AMD’s (NASDAQ: AMD) GPUs instead, which worked more efficiently with the new cylindrical cooling system.
