Additionally, Scott L. Bok, the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Greenhill, is set to assume the role of Chairman for the M&A and restructuring advisory division. Kevin Costantino, and David Wyles will be taking on the role of co-heads for the same segment. The restructuring of Greenhill will place it under the banking division Mizuho led by Michal Kats, the Head of Banking in the Americas.
