A new legal structure was created in Krakow to create a Euroclear SA Branch. This allowed for the creation of a Tech Hub. Andrzej Mikoajczak, the Euroclear SA branch’s manager, will be in charge of the new entity. He will be working alongside the current Euroclear Bank Branch Manager, Stephane Bernard.

Recent earnings of EUR 796 Million were reported by the company for Q1 2023. Euroclear purchased Goji in December, last year. Goji is a London-based company that provides digital access to and technology-enabled private markets.
