Today’s announcement is an important next step in our global strategy of institutionalising digital markets, enabling institutional capital to access this digital asset class within the same secure and regulated framework they are familiar with from the traditional financial markets.
Apex Group and Crypto Finance’s collaboration aims to provide professional and institutional investors with a safe and regulated way to create their own crypto-related investment products. This offering offers access to customized crypto investment products such as actively managed certificates (AMCs), and exchange-traded product (ETPs) for banks, family offices and asset managers.
The cooperation agreement will be beneficial to both parties. Apex Group manages a securitization special purpose vehicle (SPV), which is independent from Switzerland. This arrangement will ensure a secure structure with low counterparty risk. The collaboration’s first products are scheduled to be launched in the early second quarter of the year.
